Within the Regent Park subdivision there are “sub-subdivisions” compartmentalizing different styles of homes. There are a few ranch-style condo/townhome communities with homes ranging from 700 to 2,000 square feet. Two story townhomes range from 1,100 to 2,100 square feet. And, single family homes are anywhere between 1,600 to 4,000 square feet. Each sub-subdivision, or complex, was built by a different builder and development began in the mid-1980’s and most complexes completed construction prior to 2010.
